What kinds of sermons have you heard on the subject of prayer? That’s a loaded question! Perhaps most sermons you’ve heard on this subject have focused on “praying more.” Such homilies are characteristically sprinkled with examples of ancient saints that spent hours in prayer every day of their life.
Could it be that you have just not heard very many sermons on prayer at all? I would like to think that is not true, but that is not beyond the realm of possibility. Dan Rouse will kick off this new series of sermons February 14thby exploring the depths of the Lord’s Prayer.
