Wednesday Night Diner will be closed for the rest of the year, starting this Wednesday night.  Be watching for further announcements about future plans.

 

Ladies’ Annual Christmas Party - Tuesday, December 1, at 6:30pm at the home of Susan Blevins. Bring a finger food to share, and, if you want to participate, a $10 gift to exchange.

Wednesday Night Diner – November 18, 5:00pm - 6:00pm. The White Plate special includes Cowboy Stew, Cornbread, Salad, Roll, Dessert and Drink for $5. Kid-friendly menu or Salad is also available for $1 per item.

 

First Sunday Welcome Lunch – The Challengers and Faith-Builders classes invite visitors and new members who have placed membership since December 2014 to be their guests for lunch in the Dining Hall of the Fellowship Center on Sunday, December 6, immediately following the 10:45 worship service.

 

Paluxy River Community Band – Christmas concert on Tuesday, December 1, at 7:00pm at Granbury Baptist Church on Hwy 51. Several GCOC members are involved. The concert is free, and everyone is welcome.

 

Connections Groups

The Sawyer Group will meet Sunday, November 29, at 6:00pm at the Sawyer home for a potluck dinner. Everyone is invited to attend.

 

The Rosenquist Group will meet Sunday, November 29, at 6:00pm at the home of Yvonne Rosenquist.  Kirk Woolery will lead the devotional. Everyone is invited to attend. Bring finger foods and come to meet, greet and fellowship!

  

Youth News

Encounter LE - On November 20-22, the high school students are invited to Encounter LE at LCU in Lubbock. You can sign up at www.lcucamps.com. Make sure you register under Granbury Church of Christ. The cost for this event will be $25 per teen (for hotel rooms). More information to come.
