Baby Shower

For Becky Johnson on Sunday, December 3, 2:00-3:30pm, at the home of Heather Blevins, 1302 M & M Ranch Ct. Consumables and gift cards are welcome.

 

Announcements    

Wednesday Night Diner – 5:00-6:15pm, in the Fellowship Center. This week’s menu includes Chick Fil A Sandwich, Soup, Salad Bar, Chips, Cookie and Drink for $5. Chicken nuggets are available for children for $1. Proceeds go toward scholarships for youth group activities.

 

First Sunday Welcome Lunch – The Challengers and Victory classes invite guests and new members who have placed membership since December 2016 to be their guests for lunch in the Dining Hall of the Fellowship Center on Sunday, December 3, immediately following the 10:15 worship service.

 

All ladies are invited to our annual Christmas party at the home of Mike and Susan Blevins, 601 East Woodcreek Ct. on Thursday, December 14, at 6:30pm. Please bring a finger food to share and, if you would like, a $10 gift to exchange. Plan on a great night of fellowship and fun!

 

Fundraiser for Kids’ Armor of Hope – Members of the Granbury Police Department are in the process of growing their beards for their annual Santa Cops fundraiser for Kids’ Armor of Hope. Please donate in honor of your favorite police chaplain or officer!

 

Free Service Provided – Rachel Rouse is offering free counseling services as a part of her licensing program. If you know someone who could benefit from counseling, contact Rachel at 806-438-8919.

 

Church Property – A substantial and completely unsolicited offer has been made for the church property at the corner of Hwy 377 and Pirate Drive. The elders have met and decided they would be willing to sell this property. If you have any questions or perhaps would like to match the offer, please contact Mark Hackney.

 

New Sunday Adult Bible Class

On Sunday, December 3, a new adult Bible class will begin meeting in Room 16 (the former bridal room next to the Climbers class). The class is open to everyone, but will primarily target people in the 40 – 60 year age range. Mark Hackney will serve as the teacher for the winter quarter. Connections Groups

The Sawyer Group will not meet in November and December.
