Mothers and daughters are invited to a Mother-Daughter Farewell Tea honoring Connie Hughes and her daughters on Sunday, June 30, 2:00-4:00pm at the Christian Service Center. No gifts, please.

 

You’re invited to the Granbury Community Band’s annual patriotic concert Sunday, June 30, at 3:00pm at the Granbury Church of Christ Fellowship Center. Admission is free. Several of our members participate in the band, so come and show your support!

 

Come join us for 5th Sunday Singing & Prayer – June 30, 5:00pm, in the Worship Center

 

Christian Service Center will be closed July 1-5.

 

This Wednesday night all activities are canceled due to the holiday.

 

Sisterly Love – Ladies under age 50 are invited to join us for our second session of Sisterly Love on Thursday, July 11, from 6:00-8:30pm, at the home of Ginger McCall, 3605 Big Timber Lane. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to Sarah Bryant, Jami Hamrick, or Ginger McCall by Sunday, July 7.

 

Interested in helping with our grief support group? There will be a GriefShare training session on Saturday, July 20, 8:00am – 12:00pm, in Euless. For more information, contact Janie Teague (817-219-1620 or ).

Wedding Invitation

You’re invited to the wedding of Mark Sawyer and Donica Martin on Saturday, July 6, at 2:30pm at Granbury Church of Christ. Reception to follow.

 

Wedding Shower

Bailey Gist, daughter of Dustin and Jackie Gist, is getting married August 5 in Lubbock. In lieu of a local wedding shower, we will honor Bailey and her fiancé, Kaleb, with a “virtual” shower by collecting monetary gifts to help the couple start their new home together. You may participate by placing your donation in one of the envelopes passed in Bible classes beginning Sunday, July 7; giving it to Sara Blevins or Janna Duty; or bringing it to the church office. Please make checks payable to Bailey Gist (not to the church). The deadline to contribute is Sunday, July 21.
