April Mission of the Month

The GCOC Mission of the Month for April is Cuauhtémoc, Mexico. Othoniel and Paloma Gutierrez, along with their sons, Tony and Dany, serve as our mission partners in this city of more than 150,000 souls.

One of the highlights of their ministry is conducting a weekly radio program called My Great Family. Othoniel and periodic guest speakers address issues that are especially relevant to families. Materials such as Bibles, books, and DVDs are given away each week. Paloma mans the phone during the broadcast to receive the listeners’ questions and requests for materials and, most importantly, take down their contact information. In the first year of operation in 2015, seven people were reached for Christ as a direct result of this ministry.

Please pray for the Gutierrez family as they continue to serve the families of Cuauhtémoc and the surrounding area. To God be the glory!
