Sunday Welcome Lunch – The Faith-Builders and Victory classes invite visitors and new members who have placed membership since February 2016 to be their guests for lunch in the Dining Hall of the Fellowship Center on Sunday, February 5, immediately following the 10:15am worship service.

 

New ladies placing membership in the last 12 months are invited to the newcomer ladies’ supper. on Tuesday, February 7, at 6:30pm, at the home of Mallisa Rivette, 2634 CR 312, in Glen Rose. Meet at the church building at 6:00pm if you want to go together. Committee members will bring the food for us to share!! Please come for a fun night of visiting and getting to know our sisters better!

 

Just a reminder that the Piecemakers Quilt Bee will be thisTuesday, January 31, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Christian Service Center. Bring your own dinner. Come when you can and leave when you must.

 

Larry’s Diner – Wednesday, February 1, 5:00-6:15pm, in the Fellowship Center. The White Plate Special includes All You Can Eat Soup and Salad Bar (Cowboy Stew and Potato Soup), Dessert and Drink for $5. Kid-friendly menu is also available for $1 per item.

 

 No Foster’s Home Work Day until February 14.

 

The Christian Service Center is no longer accepting donations of clothing, furniture, household items, etc. 

 

Parents’ Night Out - Saturday,February 18, from 5:30-8:30pm, hosted by the Teen Ministry at the church building! A mix of grandparents, adults, and students are planning a great evening for your child as you enjoy a night on the town! You can sign your children up at granburycoc.net, under the Children's Ministry page. 

 

Connections Groups

The Sawyer Group will meet tonight at 6:00pm at the Sawyer home for a potluck dinner. Everyone is invited to attend.

 

The Rosenquist Connections Group will meet tonight at 6:00pm at the home of Yvonne Rosenquist. Bring finger foods and come to meet, greet and fellowship! Fidel Quesada will be the guest speaker.
