Baby Shower

For Erin (Gray) Johnson on Saturday, February 10, 1:00-4:00pm, at the home of her grandmother, June Moore, 1011 Holmes Dr. She is expecting a girl and is registered at Walmart, Target, and Babies R Us. 

 

Announcements    

Wednesday Night Diner – 5:00-6:15pm, in the Fellowship Center. This week’s menu includes Firehouse Sub Sandwich, Chips, Soup, Salad Bar, Cookie and Drink for $5. Chicken nuggets are available for children for $1. Proceeds go toward scholarships for youth group activities.

 

First Sunday Welcome Lunch – The Climbers, Path-Finders, and Bridge-Builders classes invite guests and new members who have placed membership since February 2017 to be their guests for lunch in the Dining Hall of the Fellowship Center on Sunday, February 4, immediately following the 10:15 worship service.

 

Carter BloodCare will be receiving donors in the Fellowship Center on Sunday, February 11, from 9:00am – noon.

 

Foster’s Home Workday – Tuesday, February 13 – Meet at the church building at 8:15am, travel to Foster’s Home and work for the houseparents cooking, etc. Bring a sack lunch. The van will return around 2:30pm. If you plan to go help this month, please call Glenda Fry at 817-573-3244.

 

Register Now! Ray Vander Laan will be speaking at the Saturn Road Church of Christ in Garland February 16-18 (Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday morning). Cost is $15 per adult, and childcare is available for children ages infant through 5th grade for $5 per day, Friday and Saturday only. Register at saturnroad.org/events/.
