Congratulations

To Mike and Cammy McCoy at the birth of their granddaughter, Sibyl Rose Goodwin on January 15. She weighed 7 lbs. 14 oz. and was 19 ½ in. long. She is welcomed by proud parents, T.J. and Caitlyn Goodwin, and big brother, Clark Levi.

 

Announcements    

Foster’s Home Workday – Tuesday, February 12 – Meet at the church building at 8:15am, travel to Foster’s Home and work for the houseparents cooking, etc. Bring a sack lunch. The van will return around 2:30pm. If you plan to go help this month, call Glenda Fry at 817-573-3244.

 

Wednesday Night Diner – 5:00-6:15pm, in the Fellowship Center. This week’s menu includes Chick Fil A Sandwich, Chips, Salad Bar, Cookie and Drink for $5. Kid-friendly menu is also available for $1. Proceeds go toward scholarships for youth group activities.

 

Ray Vander Laan Seminar – February 15-17 at the Granbury Church of Christ. This event has sold out.

 

You’re invited! Learn how to protect yourself and your loved ones from financial abuse. A representative of First Financial Bank will present an informational seminar on financial exploitation on Thursday, February 21, 2:00-4:00pm, at the Granbury Church of Christ. The seminar is especially designed for senior adults, but everyone is encouraged to attend.

 

Carter BloodCare will be receiving donors in the Fellowship Center on Sunday, February 24, from 8:30am – 12:30pm.
