Benefit for Aaron McClelen - Today GCOC will host a spaghetti luncheon at noon and an acappella concert with His Harmony at 1:00pm to benefit Aaron McClelen (grandson of Richard and Marla McClelen). A donation of $10 per plate is suggested to help defray Aaron’s medical expenses.

 

The Hispanic Ministry of the Granbury Church of Christ has a Bible study for Spanish speakers on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm in Room 30. Fidel Quesada is the teacher for the class. All are welcome. 

 

The South Texas Hispanic Ministries is in need of all sizes of children’s shoes. Please bring your donations to the Christian Service Center by February 1.

 

Piecemakers Quilting Bee  – Tuesday, January 26, from 4:00pm-8:00pm, at the Christian Service Center. Bring your own supper. Experience not necessary.

 

Leadership Training for Christ registration has begun. Those interested in participating should contact Guy or Tina Reynolds by January 24 to register.

 

Connections Group

The Rosenquist Group will meet Sunday, January 31, at 6:00pm at the home of Yvonne Rosenquist. Everyone is invited to attend. Bring finger foods and come to meet, greet and fellowship!

 

GCOC Youth

Teen Small Group is tonight from 5:00-7:00pm in the Gym/Fellowship Hall. Dinner is provided. 

Soul Link 2016, a youth conference, where students meet from all over Texas will be held at the Bammel Rd. Church of Christ in Houston on February 26-28. The cost is $45 per student. There are 24 pre-paid slots available, so first come first serve. For more info on the event, visit soullink.org.
